At Bijoux Majesty, we believe in making high-quality jewelry. That commitment helps us keep customer satisfaction high, but we take it one step further by offering a free lifetime warranty on all the jewelry we sell. Our warranty covers everything from loss of side stones and setting damage—anything that can happen during normal use. In other words, any damage that occurs as the result of a manufacturer defect will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
RESIZING
We offer free ring resizing at anytime. Sometimes people have to guess on ring sizes in order to keep a surprise secret, and everyone’s ring size changes from time to time. When you buy with us a size change is on the house! Please note: resisizing rings with diamond accents multiple times is not recommended.
REPAIR
In order to assure the best repair possible, we will take care of the whole process. If ever you need a repair, bring it in to be inspected by our specialists. We will determine the best course of action and repair it right here in the heart of Montreal’s Diamond District.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
We, at Bijoux Majesty, pride ourselves on our rigorous quality assurance process. Every item that is sold must be inspected thoroughly before it reaches a customer’s hand. INSURANCE
Manufactures defects are covered by our warranty for the lifetime of your piece, however loss and theft are eventualities that you, our customer are responsible to protect yourself against. For that reason, we encourage customers to insure their items independently or as part of their home insurance policy.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
There are a few limitations to what the lifetime warranty covers. Firstly, all jewelry must be serviced exclusively by Bijoux Majesty in order to be qualified for the warranty. Chips and damage to diamonds do occur from time to time—especially when stones are mistreated. Be sure your stones will shine for as long as you own your piece. Take care when performing strenuous physical tasks by placing them in a secure place as chips to diamonds are not covered in the warranty. Lost and stolen jewelry are also replaced at the owner’s expense—so be extra sure that you have a secure place to put jewelry whenever it isn’t on your person.
Unfortunately we also cannot cover damage that:
Results from wear and tear or is consistent with aging under normal use
Is the result of repair, service or alteration done by a jeweler other than Bijoux Majesty
Results from accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling and/or contact with chemicals, fire, earthquake or other external causes
Relates to rhodium plating on white gold jewelry (rhodium plating is not permanent)
Has to do with loss of brilliance of a diamond (careful cleaning is the best way to keep diamonds looking brilliant)
Other items not included in the warranty are: soldering, chain soldering, special finish requests, custom jewelry returns, and re-casting.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Bijoux Majesty is delighted to offer you the opportunity to return your order up to 30 days after it has left our office. We offer you a no-questions-asked return policy because we want to make sure you love your jewelry. If after 30 days a customer would like to return their purchase, a 35% restocking fee will be charged and it is up to the sole discretion of Bijoux Majesty to deem whether the item is returnable. All custom and lab grown diamond orders are final sale.
DO YOU HAVE AN UPGRADE POLICY?
Yes. Any purchase can be exchanged for credit towards a new purchase valued at least 150% the original amount. The piece being upgraded must be in original condition and accompanied by the original laboratory grading document. The customer will be responsible to pay for all shipping charges. Upgrades are for natural diamonds only, not lab grown.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), PayPal and wire transfers.
DO YOU HAVE A LAYAWAY POLICY?
Indeed! We are happy to reserve jewelry on layaway and we also take PayPal CREDIT. Put 20% down on the item of your choice and we will ship as soon as you've completed the payment, as per our layaway policy. With Paypal CREDIT, your item will ship right away!
ARE THE DIAMONDS REAL?
Yes, we only use 100% genuine mined and lab created diamonds that are ethical, certified, and traceable.
DO YOU OFFER RING SIZING?
We offer ring sizing service and it is free for all rings purchased from Bijoux Majesty.
HOW CAN I MEASURE MY RING SIZE?

Do you provide insurance appraisals?
Yes. Bijoux Majesty offers an insurance appraisal with every engagement ring as well as any other piece of high quality jewelry valued at $800 or more, this excludes all silver pieces.
