Do I Need an Appointment?

For repairs and maintenance, no appointment is needed. Just drop by during our business hours — Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. We welcome walk-ins for services like ring resizing, stone replacement, cleaning, and more. Many repairs are completed within 3-5 business days, and most Bijoux Majesty pieces are covered by our free lifetime warranty. We’re also happy to repair jewelry from other brands and family heirlooms. If you’re looking to create a custom piece, upgrade your diamond, or redesign existing jewelry, an appointment is recommended so we can give your project the dedicated time and attention it deserves.
